There are three stages in life: You have to take a nap and don't want to; you want to take a nap but you don't have the time; and you want to take a nap, and you do have the time but you can't fall asleep.

Now don't tell me that

The Radio station we were listening to announced a contest:
" Just send us an essay explaining why you are the laziest person you know." My brother Sudipta turned to me and said, " You should enter!"
"Good idea," I replied. "Now who can I get to write the letter for me?"

Time is running

When a man says, "Darling, there are only two minutes left in the football game," it is the same amount of time as when his wife says, "Darling, I will be ready in two minutes."
